Returns & Refunds
- We always strive to make every customer happy. If your order arrives with any issue or mistake, please contact us at veloracycling.store@gmail.com — we’ll offer a free replacement or return.
- If you decide not to keep the item, simply send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All return/refund requests are processed within 3–5 business days, and we’ll reply to you via email.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
